Product Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All requests should include:

  • Order Number and/or your Purchase Order number
  • Item ID’s and quantities being returned.
  • Reason for the return

  • Return requests should be submitted via email to returns@techniksusa.com.
  • Techniks must issue an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to customer returning any product.  A copy of the RMA should be included with your return.
  • Products must be returned in the original undamaged packaging with the goods in new condition.
  • Products returned without the original packaging, damaged packaging, or damaged product are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
  • No credit will be issued for products damaged during shipment due to improper packaging.
  • Techniks may refuse credit for goods which have been used, damaged, or modified.
  • Special Order items are not returnable.
  • All returns are subject to inspection.
  • A minimum 20% restock charge may apply to any returns received after 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • Freight charges for returned products are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is found to be defective.
  • Techniks will issue a merchandise credit for eligible returns within 7 business days after shipment is received at our warehouse.  Cash refunds are not permitted.
